As a CFT Manager , you play a key role as the primary channel of communication for the customer and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. You will be responsible to monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. This includes coordinating all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. You'll be responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions, providing support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. You also develop quotations based on Customer Request For Quotes, coordinate material quoting with the SFE buyer, and establish labor pricing. You'll ensure accurate input and maintenance of sales orders in the ERP system. Other duties include, managing engineering change orders with customer, administer and coordinate the entire supply-chain commitment process with internal operations and communicate order status and commitments to the customer, conduct periodic business reviews with customers as required ensuring customer satisfaction, Manage inventory levels for each assigned customer and manage a Buyer and work with SFE Buyers as needed. You closely follow instructions and apply uncompromising standards of excellence being responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required and to be responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Minimum Qualifications :Highly computer literate1-2 years Customer service or project management experience in a manufacturing environment1-2 years' experience using an ERP systemAbility to travel periodically to customer locations Minimum Competencies: Ability to communicate complex issues and help gain consensus through the various levels of organizations, whether internally or externally, in order to accomplish what needs be done.Able to read engineering drawings and technical documents, should be able to relate any important changes to engineering and other functional groups.Understand how materials demand is driven; organized, and the systematic management of materials for manufacturing.Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing processesProgram managers are the central focal point between SFE and the OEM and program managers often find themselves as mediators, in between different functional groups.
