Summary The purpose of this position is to engage in activities such as maintenance, repair, and renovation of City buildings; plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and masonry; sign painting; repair and maintenance of equipment; maintenance of airport grounds and facilities; and maintenance of storeroom inventory records. Minimum Requirements Requires High School graduation or GED equivalent. Requires (5) five years of progressive experience in the maintenance and repair of structures, equipment, and systems involved in municipal facilities; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position requires the successful passing of a background check and drug screening . All applicants must upload an educational diploma/degree and a valid State of Florida Driver's License to the document section of the online application.
