Territorial Account Manager

Primary duties and essential job functions: You will be responsible for managing customer account activity and customer relations for a defined territory in the Texas area. You will also be developing new business opportunities and new sales. You will have a strong voice with executive leadership in guiding the sales department by forecasting markets and opportunities. Work together as part of a dynamic team, with management, to develop pricing for target customers. Reports directly to the Vice-President of Sales and will have a direct influence over our accounts, sales, and markets. You will be providing guidance and suggestions on strategic planning for sales within your territory and the company. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience. We value real-world experience in sales. Work Experience and knowledge Knowledge of industrial PVF markets, specific to Texas and surrounding areas. Industrial valve knowledge a must. You need to be a self-motivated and driven individual with a history of client management and sales accounts. We are willing to teach you about our product so that you can succeed. Travel This position will require traveling by vehicle to meet clients and develop new business in the region. You will be working with the Vice-President of Sales to set your own schedule. Compensation This is a salaried position. Service Metal wants to compensate you for your hard work. We offer the base salary plus an uncapped sales incentive program, a monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance, 401K matching program, and an annual profit-sharing plan.
