The ideal candidate understands that in our business, the tenant comes first. Our Maintenance Techs provide direct support to tenants by responding to and troubleshooting a variety of residential service requests such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances and building exteriors. They take pride in maintaining public areas and completing apartment turnovers to ensure a comfortable property tenants can call home. Successful maintenance technicians have a can-do attitude and build positive tenant relationships by providing top notch customer service.
