Requirements As one of our Customer Service Representative, you will be the quality checkpoint for inquiries and orders submitted by our dealers/customers and internal/external sales representatives. Maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer care, your proven communication and customer service skills as well as technical aptitude will make you a great fit for these customer-facing responsibilities. Your positive outlook, excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will allow you to quickly and accurately address customer inquiries.
