We are looking for an individual to be the shining light representative for our dealership. Responsibilities include: Greeting visitors both telephonically and in-person at the dealership service department Scheduling appointments for vehicle service Filing paperwork Accepting payments Providing information and assistance to other departments as needed Requirements include: Must be comfortable with high energy and fast paced work environment Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures required Proficient in Microsoft Office Cross Training - Service BDC & Service Greeter Must be well organized If you're personable, good at multi-tasking, and have clerical/administrative experience, New Holland Auto Group is looking for you!
