PARAMEDIC CLOSING DATE: May 7, 2023 STARTING PAY: $53,846 - $84,384 (Depending on Qualifications) SCHEDULE: 48 hours on, 96 hours off, 24-day cycle DEPARTMENT: Fire BENEFITS SUMMARY: Full-time Benefits Summary July 2022-June 2023 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Graduation from High School or equivalent. Firefighter I, Firefighter II, and Paramedic Certification through the State of Utah must be completed. Must possess a current, valid Driver's License, and have a good driving record. The successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to random drug testing. Paramedics only - laterals will be considered Certifications from other states will be considered as the Utah Fire Service Certification System offers reciprocity to certifications from other states as long as it has either an IFSAC seal or a Pro Board certificate.
