ServiceMaster Restore of St Cloud, MN is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Project Manager to work directly with customers and are accountable for the daily operation and management of all projects they are assigned. This includes: estimation, personnel, subcontractors, billing, collections, safety, industry standards, state, federal and local laws, pricing, and overall project profitability. ABOUT SERVICEMASTER RESTORE Since 1969 ServiceMaster Restore has been providing superior service to St Cloud and the surrounding area. We provide a variety of disaster restoration services to help repair and restore homes or businesses following a disaster. The restoration services we specialize in include water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, dehumidification, deodorization, trauma cleaning, and more! Whether it's commercial or residential, large or small, there is no disaster restoration job our masters cannot handle. We know we would not be successful without our amazing team. This is why our Construction Project Managers are provided with a company vehicle and the technology needed to efficiently work in a large territory. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of construction experience Strong negotiation skills Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Physical abilities include lifting 50 lbs, working overhead and standing for extended periods, ladder work, and working in closed spaces such as attics and crawlspaces Valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Previous management experience is preferred Do you have clear and professional written and oral communication skills? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Are you a hard worker with exceptional personal standards of quality? Do you have great customer service skills and enjoy working directly with customers? Do you have an excellent working knowledge of the construction process?
