Director of Nursing VillageCare is seeking a motivated individual to act as the Director of Nursing for our 105 Bed Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. This role will have overall responsibility and authority for the management of all nursing services, ensuring all nursing staff assigned provide the level of care and services to the standards expected. The Director of Nursing will lead the team, ensure education, clinical excellence, and overall results in accordance with policies and procedures and regulatory agencies. Supported by an excellent team of professionals with longevity and a commitment to serving, this leadership role will be both challenging and fulfilling. Seeking those who bring a BSN and 5+ years experience in a related nursing field with 3+ years of management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills will be vital to this role.
