Salal Credit Union is looking to add a Virtual Branch Representative to our call center team! Virtual Branch Representatives make money management easy for our members by eliminating the need for them to travel to the branch in person. Accurately completing member requests, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries on every call while providing an exceptional service experience is expected on a daily basis. Important Details : This role can be performed fully remote, but the position requires the ability to work a schedule of 9:00am- 5:30pm Pacific Time. A rotating Saturday schedule of 10:00am- 2:00pm is required for all team members. This position is eligible to be performed remotely within the Credit Union's hiring territory which includes the following states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, MO, MT, NH, OK, OR, PA, TX, or WA. This role may need to collaborate with teammates on Pacific Time regularly. Salal does not currently offer work visa sponsorship. Qualifications for a Virtual Branch Representative: At least 1-2 years of retail banking or call center experience. Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and eager to assist communication. Excited to learn about Salal's products and services. Excellent customer service skills and a desire to make banking easier for our members. Day in the Life of a Virtual Branch Representative: Working in a call center environment to answer incoming calls from our members. Closely adhering to policy and procedures to protect our member's personal and account information. Providing exceptional customer service to our members and building trust with them to encourage a long-term relationship. Compensation and Benefits Offered: Competitive base salary of $17.63 - $24.68 per hour depending on experience. This range reflects the entire salary range for the position. Most candidates can expect to receive an offer with an annual salary within 35-60% of the identified range for their respective position. Potential to earn additional compensation through our profit-sharing bonus program. This position qualifies for the Employee tier of the program with semi-annual payouts each totaling between 0-5% of annual salary. Our high deductible plan options include a health savings account (HSA) with annual company-paid contributions. 15 days of vacation 12 days of sick time 1 floating holiday per year (eligible for use after 90 days of employment) Paid holidays in accordance with the Federal Reserve calendar Tuition reimbursement 401(k) plan with pre-tax and post-tax (Roth) options including company matching after 6 months of employment Charitable contribution matching Monthly transportation subsidy for employees that qualify Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurances.
