The Health Center at Franklin Park, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking to hire a Dietary Supervisor to lead our culinary team in providing excellent service to our valued residents. This is a salaried, exempt position, based on experience. As the Dietary Supervisor , you will create and assure a high-quality dining experience for residents, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for daily oversight of the food service department in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. This includes planning, organizing and managing the menu, meal schedules and budget; interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling staff with the assistant of your supervisor. You will coordinate food service programs for activities and community events, maintain quality assurance programs for the department and maintain a safe and sanitary food service area.
