Description: R&R Solutions is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general construction or handyman services. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates' talents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform basic tasks including painting, plumbing, flooring, sheetrock, and other maintenance repairs Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances Perform grounds maintenance such as garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc. Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations Other duties as assigned. Based on the above essential functions this job is a safety sensitive job function. Qualifications: Experience in maintenance and repairs Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment Creative problem solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 75 lbs Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed) Ability to always maintain safety while on the job Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Handyman experience: 2 years is preferred One or more years of experience in construction is preferred Ability to operate a Tractor, forklift, backhoe, Bobcat equipment is preferred Pay Rate: Average $16.50 Hourly (Based on Experience) Benefits: Health, dental, vision and supplemental insurance options 401k after one year Company Paid Life Insurance Policy Paid time off Weekly Direct Deposit.
