As a Shift Manager, you will support the management team in all aspects of service quality, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during the assigned shift. As a Boombozz Shift Manager, you must be able to perform various duties. These include: -Cost Control -Inventory Control -Labor Control -Cash Control -Direct daily operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager -Motivates and coaches team members and assists in the training of new team members -Work as a team player giving all team members the same amount of respect and discipline -Holding employees to policies and procedures 100% of the time -Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service ensuring all guests experience amazing food and great customer service -Must have flexible availability for scheduling What You'll Gain: -401k -Exceptional Training -Free Meal during Shift -Health Insurance -Flexible Schedule and so much more!
