Our residential community boasting over 2,000 apartments and townhomes is seeking a bilingual, full time Account Representative . Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for billing explanation, applying payments, and basic collections. Investigate and resolve account issues. Ensure adequate incoming and outgoing correspondence with residents pertaining to account collections. Support department manager with monthly close and reporting responsibilities. Process final accounts. Assist with other department projects and tasks, as needed. Provide stellar customer service at all times. Basic Qualifications : Strong focus on customer service. Computer skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results oriented and strives for continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize and simultaneously work on several projects under strict timelines. Works well in both solitary and collaborative environments. Preferred Qualifications: Property Management experience a plus Prior experience in an accounts receivable/collections environment. RealPage or similar software knowledge a plus
