Accounts Payable Plexus Scientific Corporation is seeking an entry-level accountant, specializing in Accounts Payable. The successful candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and hold a basic understanding of Accounting Principles. Job Description Receive, audit, and record vouchers and expense reimbursements. Establish & maintain vendor relationships, respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in weekly check run. Research & reconcile AP reporting. Receive & record Purchase Orders. Reconcile & record credit card transactions. Coordinate employee travel bookings. Make authorized purchases with company credit card. Adhere to company policies & Government/contract regulations in audit of vouchers & reimbursements. Assist in year-end processes including preparation of 1099s & audit selections. Maintain filing system for Vouchers & Purchase Orders Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's in Accounting, or relevant experience Accounting: 0-2 years Strong capability with Microsoft Office products Strong organization and time management skills Experience with Costpoint 7 is a plus but not required.
