Stephenson Equipment, Inc. (SEI), an industry leader in Pennsylvania and New York providing sales, rentals, parts, and service for construction equipment, cranes, paving, road building and road maintenance equipment, has an immediate need for a Parts Counter Sales Representative at our Harrisburg, PA branch. Our Parts Counter Sales Representatives ensure that SEI customers get the correct part, at the right price, and in a timely manner. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to all customers. Duties include, but are not limited to: Placing and receiving orders from customers and SEI's service department. Understanding customer's needs to help achieve desired results. Processing purchase orders. Answer incoming calls. Working with onsite customers. Processing and mailing out parts invoices. Loading and unloading of freight when needed. Look up parts using manufacture sites and parts books. Process payments and returns, both cash and credit card. The best fit to our team will have: High School Diploma or GED One year certificate from college or technical school Valid Driver's License Strong organization and communication skills Technical/mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment while performing with a sense of urgency High degree of attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis Total Compensation Includes: Competitive salary Full Benefits Package 401k with Matching Paid Time Off Paid Holidays The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of the position and may not include all of the duties required of the position.
