A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC TECH DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As an HVAC Tech Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you oversee the scheduling and dispatching of our service technicians. Always pleasant and attentive, you take incoming phone calls to schedule service jobs. You listen intently to the customer's needs so you can dispatch the right technician for the job. Throughout the process, you keep customers updated about appointments and notify them of any changes. Once jobs are completed, you debrief our technicians and reach out to customers to ensure they're satisfied with the service they received. You arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction. You take pride in effectively coordinating our technicians and helping us provide exceptional customer service! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECH DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP 1+ years of experience doing scheduling and dispatching for HVAC or related services Knowledge about the San Antonio area and surrounding areas Great computer skills Ability to read and interpret maps Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about always providing great customer service? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people? Are you a team player that genuinely cares about others? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you effectively balance a variety of dispatching and scheduling tasks? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? WORK SCHEDULE This full-time scheduling and dispatching job works the closing shift and weekend shifts with closing times varying depending on the weather. This is not a remote position.
