Job Opportunity: Human Resource Manager, Hebron, KY Our client, a small manufacturing firm, is growing and in need of a savvy HR Generalist/Manager who loves handling day-to-day human resources while making an impact on the organization. This is an opportunity to work with an expanding company with a tremendous future. As Human Resource Manager, you ll be responsible for most areas of HR, including Employee Relations, Recruiting, Workers Comp, Compensation & Benefits, Training and ongoing Compliance. Recruitment and Retention are critical to our client s growth and this role will handle attracting, engaging and developing their growing team. Our client needs a motivated professional to come in and build on their existing processes and structure to support their growth. They are open to your new ideas to be successful in this area. Bring your professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast-paced small business environment, along with: Bachelors degree, preferred 5+ years Human Resource Generalist experience, experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST; previous supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of Payroll, HR Systems, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recordkeeping, Legal Compliance and Employee Relations, and Recruiting required Resourcefulness with an innate ability to seek answers Solid experience guiding managers and supervisors through employee relations issues Exceptional interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently handling daily issues, from the mundane to the more significant Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task effectively Willingness to go outside the defined parameters of your position when needed Demonstrated ability to remain up to date on laws, standards and government regulations, experience in KY a plus We are looking for candidates who want to help our client grow and partner with them into the future.
