We do this by offering services, such as airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, and social events and trips. Expected work schedule for the Ann Arbor Communications Intern : Flexible schedule Part-time, 10-20 hours per week Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events/projects Pay structure for an Ann Arbor Communications Intern : This is an unpaid internship. Ann Arbor Communications Intern Benefits : Flexible hours and work-from-home availability Work for a growing Christian organization Staff care to support mental, social, and spiritual health for all staff About the area and Responsibilities of an Ann Arbor Communications Intern UM is an excellent and influential school renowned for new inventions, being number one in research volume and its athletic programs. There are over 8,500 international students from 139 countries at UM. This role is an amazing opportunity to reach key students with the good news in a great part of the country! The Ann Arbor Communications Intern will (list not all inclusive): - Create promotional materials for a discipleship training program such as videos, newsletters, emails - Communicate with churches and groups - Manage IFI emails and social media - Write content to be published in IFI's online blog, printed newsletters, social media, donation receipts and more. - Search for high value content by reading IFI MPD e-newsletters, attending presentations and other meetings, reading meeting notes and more - Format content for publication on IFI blog, e-newsletters, social media and more Qualifications needed of an Ann Arbor Communications Intern, including Spiritual Characteristics Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies Cross-cultural communication and friendship skills Be a team player Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications Job Posted by ApplicantPro
