Seeking a full time client services team member to join our very busy, fast paced and growing, small animal veterinary practice in the Cape Coral area. Experience a plus, professionalism expected. Heavy interaction with clients both on the telephone and on-site, often dealing with emotional and difficult situations. Must be both service oriented and possess problem solving skills. Must be available for longer shifts and be able to stand on your feet for extended hours. Flexibility with scheduling a must; we often have emergent cases arrive towards the close of business and it may require staff to stay longer than scheduled times. Experience in the industry and experience with Idexx Cornerstone very helpful. Preventative product knowledge an asset. We are seeking someone with a solid understanding of operational flows, and a comfort level with communicating wait times to clients on site and on the telephone. Must be able to lift weights over 30 lbs, assist periodically with animals, be comfortable interacting with a variety of people, and stand for long periods of time. The practice has been providing veterinary care to the local community for over 20 years and is well established. We provide wellness care, surgical (soft tissue and orthopedic) procedures, dental care, dermatology and skin treatment, internal medicine, as well as eastern medicine and acupuncture.
