A US based company is looking for individuals to assist in growing their marketing and customer service division. Job Description: This entry level position consists of answering incoming phone calls, returning customer calls when necessary, and sending and responding to emails. Candidate must have a friendly and upbeat phone presence. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Basic computer knowledge including email, internet searches, and Microsoft Office applications. Must be self-directed and have the ability to multi-task. Due to our Virtual Office technology, you are able to work remotely. Reliable, up to date computer with high speed Internet required.
