Exciting, full time, opportunity exists with an industry leader to provide services to seniors and people with disabilities. Responsibilities include linking and monitoring supportive services, advocacy and information and referral. Qualified candidates must have high school diploma or equivalent, one or more years of service coordination or social work experience, good communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and World Wide Web will be demonstrated by a passing score on a computer literacy test.
