Consultant - Hybrid / Remote Location: Washington, D.C. We are actively seeking to identify Consultants to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment, and integrity to successfully support our strategic goals. Responsibilities: The Consultant will support Federal Government clients and work with a team to design solutions and solve challenging and complex problems. Their day-to-day tasks may include analyzing data and supporting special studies or business process reengineering, improvement, and management. They will conduct analyses to identify and understand trends and support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable and fact-based information. They will a ssist in drafting presentations, briefing documents, and reports that will be presented to senior-level clients and external audiences. This position will offer the opportunity to work directly with clients while learning and applying new consulting and analytics skills. Minimum Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's degree. 3 -5 years of experience working in a client facing analyst or consulting role. Experience in business analysis, business process improvement, data analysis, and/or research. Experience working with Government clients or knowledge of Federal contracting. Ability to use Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and data analysis tools. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm, ability collaborate in a remote environment. Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail. Desired Requirements: Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and desire to learn new skills. Experience with data analysis using Excel and other tools and software platforms. Experience creating professional presentations with strong use of graphics and data visualization.
