A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Crumbl Crew Member As a Baker / Food Service Team Member, you create unique and delicious desserts to satisfy our customers' sweet tooth. You follow our recipes with exactness and care, paying close attention to the details of each cookie and ensuring consistent high quality. Carefully following each step, your final products are delicious, appealing, and filled with lots of Crumbl love. You present your creations with pride and love seeing the smiles on our customers' faces.
