RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a talented Digital Project Coordinator to work in our fun, fast‐paced North Phoenix office. This is a full-time, in-office, hourly position that directly reports to the Director of Operations & Projects. The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations & Projects with all aspects of RYNO projects, onboarding, and support. We are looking for someone who is self‐motivated, positive, highly organized and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. Example Job Duties Monitor incoming support tickets and assist in routing and case/task assignment Independently perform regular sweeps of the project portfolio for reporting, and to identify and call out delayed or stalled projects Support the Projects team in the coordination of all new client onboarding Coordination of internal projects as assigned Follow up on incomplete tasks and items requested by/from internal teams Integrate workflow change requests as directed Monitor and process hundreds of notifications a day Firm Technical Skills & Experience Minimum of 1 year coordinating or managing projects Minimum of 1 year of experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.) Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (our onboarding portfolio is Waterfall, but team maintenance and development is Agile) High‐level understanding of web development for WordPress (domains, DNS, hosting, WordPress) Knowledge of internet technologies Preferred Technical Skills & Experience Experience in Digital Marketing Experience with Hive project management platform is a plus!
