A CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services) career offers an excellent, comprehensive benefits package: Medical Dental Vision Retirement plan Generous paid time off In-service training Flexible work schedules Practice Based Coach, Responsibilities: The Practice Based Coach is responsible for conducting Practice Based Coaching observations and feedback- including Environmental Rating Scales (ERS) and CLASS observations, within the Early Childhood Education Centers. The Practice Base Coach will need to be able to demonstrate strong skills, understanding, and application in the content of Practice Based Coaching and the CLASS domains and dimensions; while identifying the teaching skills needed within each dimension. Job Location/Schedule: Bronx No remote option Requirements: BA/MA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education Prior experience using Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scales - including Infant Toddler. Family Childhood and Home Visiting Scales. Prior experience in utilizing CLASS observation tool. Prior experience as classroom teacher preferred. Valid CLASS Observer Certification. Trained in Practiced Based Coaching.
