What does an Emotional Support Specialist do? An Emotional Support Specialist (ESS) supports the psychosocial needs of the people we support as well as support staff through modeling training of behavioral strategies and positive interventions for the people we support. Qualifications: Three years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities with High School Diploma is required Associate's degree in a Human Services field with on year of experience of working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred Valid NYS Driver's License is required What can The Arc Lexington offer you?
