Verification will be completed before a hiring decision is made. RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a skilled Junior Front End Web Developer! This is a full-time hourly position in Phoenix, Arizona that directly reports to the Development and Digital Project Manager. Although the position is remote, all applicants must live locally so they are able to commute to the Phoenix office when requested. We believe a good developer is passionate about their craft and is always eager to learn new things. They care about the quality of their code and work hard to maintain it. They keep the user in mind and think about the future, to see the patterns of issues their systems and customers could encounter, building long-term solutions for these issues. They understand what makes a good user experience, and can communicate issues across the team, avoiding internal confusion and customer frustration. They are glad to listen to advice and feedback and are good teachers who share their expertise with the rest of their team. IMPORTANT : Applicants who do not have experience developing layered design mockups (XD, PSD, etc.) into HTML/CSS from scratch will not be considered.
