If so, then this position may be a great fit for you! We are seeking caring, compassionate therapists to work with children and families in need of services . POSITION SUMMARY: This is a professional clinical position providing therapy to adults, children, and families/guardians with family-related issues. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices. Directions for Living is an essential services provider. A ll Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Essential employees may be required to work in the field, be "on call" and/or be available and able to work remotely providing telehealth services depending on the needs of the individual being served. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required. Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist Must have sufficient clinical knowledge to provide clinical intervention with adults and children who manifest a range of psychopathology, utilizing various treatment approaches including individual, family, play, and group therapy, individual psychopathology and normal childhood development. Have sufficient clinical knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments Directions for Living is committed to serving highly vulnerable individuals and families and preventing the spread of the COVID-19 contagion. Additionally, DFL is a certified " Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services " (CMS) facility.
