Rhinestahl s Advanced Manufacturing Group (AMG), GE s OEM authorized tooling supplier, wants your experience to join our team as Tool Crib Attendant. Our facility in Mason, OH is state of the art and immaculate! Our work is plentiful, and we are hiring to meet our customers needs. You ll be responsible for issuing, maintaining, and tracking all tools, dies and other equipment in the Tool Crib. Additionally, you will: Maintain tool inventory database, and document all inventory adjustments Schedule preventative maintenance as needed Store and distribute various tools, dies and other equipment to workers in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted workflow Utilize Cribware database to track and maintain records of tool locations, status and returns Work with various departments to locate lost or misplaced tools or equipment Receive, unpack, count and store all parts and equipment and requisition stock to replenish inventory Inspect and measure tools and equipment for defects and wear, visually or using a micrometer Repair, service and lubricate tools and equipment as needed Assist in identifying new procedures and methods to expedite the issuance of tools and equipment to maintain shop schedule Ideal candidates will have the motivation and dedication to get the job done, as well as: A high school diploma/GED and 1 year of related experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment, including previous inventory experience General knowledge of manufacturing Demonstrated experience using precision measuring tools and precision tool sharpening equipment Experience and ability to become certified in driving fork lift and pallet jacks Computer knowledge Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Access Extremely organized and accurate with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools We are proud to be recognized by the Cincinnati Enquirer as one of the Top Work Places of 2013.
