LendKey Technologies, a cloud-based lending company, is seeking a CRM Manager to join their expanding team in New York City. This position requires proficiency in CRM (preferably Sugar CRM) administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, etc., and experience in CRM business processes including Forecasting, Campaign Management and Lead Management. We are seeking individuals who can lead the development and maintenance of our Sugar CRM database at LendKey. This position manages the vendor relationship with Sugar and designs workflows, maintains integrity and provides support to users throughout the organization. In addition, this position will manage lead data to maintain a high level of accuracy and continue to improve upon existing data as well as work with various departments to ensure proper reporting and processes are in place. If you have a Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business with 2+ years of experience in managing CRM system administration and proficiency with Sugar CRM (preferred), this could be the job for you. We are seeking individuals who have experience with designing custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements. This position also requires strong problem solving and analysis skills and exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
