Job Description: Metas Solutions has an " immediate opening" for an experienced People Strategy Lead to work onsite in Atlanta, GA. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas: Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment and Retention, Performance Management/Promotion Strategy, Compensation Strategy, and Culture/Workplace Experience. This position requires collaboration with all areas of the business - Leadership, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Program Delivery Managers. Responsibilities: Improves, implements, and administers human resources/people strategy policies and procedures Maintains positive relationships at all levels of the organization Ensures legal compliance in all aspects of the generalist function Sets talent acquisition and retention criteria and assists with recruitment tasks as needed (write job descriptions, interviews) Handles complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company Implements compensation and salary band policies and assists with salary negotiations Collaborates with PMs for hiring needs, feedback loops, conflict management resolution, and employee engagement Implement programs to improve the employee experience. Brainstorm innovative ideas to engage with staff, promote fun and engagement across the company, and contribute to a mature and robust people strategy Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs Improves and administers performance management, including assignments and feedback loops Implements standardized job roles, job bands and development of job descriptions Improves, implements, and administers training and development, and compliance programs. Guide leadership on employee relations and performance management Identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, enhancement, and maturity of the People Strategy Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred 4-6 years minimum experience developing and leading people strategy functions HR experience required Experience in the creation, implementation, and administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resource programs PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Excellent computer and software skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases; including software packages such as MS Office suite Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate sensitive matters in a direct and diplomatic fashion Ability to respond effectively to changing events and competing priorities Proven ability to multitask to meet workflow demands and able to work independently with minimal supervision Time management skills; prioritizes time and projects appropriately Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate and work with individuals with disabilities and diverse backgrounds Ability to maintain decorum in the highly confidential nature of the work Security Requirements: M arket competitive salary, commensurate with experience and education.
