SUMMARY Children's Factory is a leading manufacturer and service provider of products to the early childhood education market. As a National Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for assigned national accounts that yields sustainable growth and profitability consistent with overall strategic sales plan. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3years of sales or national account management experience and/or early childhood (industry) experience with an interest in the rapidly growing early childhood industry. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS include, but are not limited to, the following: Possess a thorough understanding of our company's line of products and services to serve our market needs. Development and implementation of strategic sales plan for assigned accounts that yields a competitive advantage translating into sustainable growth and profitability. Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets for all assigned accounts. Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. Generate sales utilizing a variety of sources, including development of special programs, creation of promotions, and effective implementation of new product releases. Identification of new accounts that fit within the companies defined strategic goals Maintains timely and accurate records and reports, evaluate market trends affecting current and future growth. Participation at customer events and trade shows to effectively represent the Company and promote product lines. Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. In office attendance is an essential function of this position. WORKING CONDITIONS The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities: Regular use of PC, laptop, copier, fax, and other general office equipment. Ability to access all areas of the facility to perform essentials functions of the position. Noise level for this environment is low to moderate.
