College Works Painting is an exterior painting company in the (Northern Virginia) area. Currently we are looking to hire painters for full time work for Fairfax and surrounding areas. The position consists of painting the exterior of residential homes. Also, there will be a marketing requirement to help advertise for the business through flyer and lawn sign campaigns. These are fun sessions with an opportunity to also become a marketing manager for the business. We are looking for hard workers with good communication skills. You must be physically fit and able to carry around heavy ladders and other materials. You get to work outside and work in a fun environment of mostly college students. * Specific painting experience is appreciated, but not required; we will provide on-the-job training * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have reliable transportation (can make more if vehicle able and willing to transport equipment) * Base pay ranges from $8.00-10.00/hr, with opportunity for raises * Additional incentive based-pay (bonuses for efficiency and timeliness) * Year-end bonuses based on total number of hours worked * Work consistently 40 hrs per week If interested, apply online; to apply online go to www.cwpjob.com and enter the marketing code #36975 when prompted.
