Increased Hourly Wage of $16.65 up to $21.38 per hour (Pay rate dependent on position) Cross training and job signing can lead to increase wage potential! Family friendly work hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Weinbrenner Shoe Company has a full benefits package with eligibility after only 30 days of employment. Benefits include: Health insurance with HSA match Dental and Vision Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability Insurance Voluntary supplemental insurance options Additional benefits include: Vacation after 6 months of employment (depending on start date) and10 paid holidays, with no probationary period requirement. Holidays include New Years Eve and Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day And, after 60 days of employment you are eligible to participate in our 401K benefit and receive a match of no less than 8%!
