We are looking for an executive assistant intern to join our team of warriors, unicorns and titans. This role is a paid internship with an immediate start which would last for up to seven months, with the hope that a permanent position will follow. We are on the hunt for someone who is reliable and responsible, who thrives on co-ordinating diaries and managing events. In human terms, someone who is organised and persistent has a hunger to learn and is both independent and a team player. Normal? That’s not what we do. This role will involve: Extensive calendar and diary management Answering and directing telephone calls Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments Arranging travel and booking accommodation Liaising with clients and colleagues Management and oversight of business projects Maintaining and monitoring budgets Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances Admin tasks, including maintaining media lists, note taking, and research What can you expect from us?
