The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of case management, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Job Details:Handle motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.Conduct discovery, both offensive and defensive, as part of complex litigation cases.Write and prepare briefs for litigation matters.Prepare company witnesses for depositions and participate in depositions.Attend court appearances and interact with clients.Led trial preparation and contributed to trial proceedings.Handle all aspects of case handling, including offensive and defensive discovery work. Requirements:Significant experience in complex litigation, with a focus on automotive-related product liability and class action cases.Admission to practice in California is required. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Expertise in automotive-related product liability and class action cases.Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills.Ability to handle motion practice and write persuasive briefs.Strong experience in preparing company witnesses for depositions.Proficient in conducting and defending depositions.Proven trial preparation and trial experience.Client interaction skills. Certifications:Admission to practice in California.
