The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, ensuring timely and high-quality work products, and effectively communicating with clients, legal professionals, and third parties. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, both independently and as part of a team.Possess transferable skills and a robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned. Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Proven experience with motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.State and federal court experience is a plus. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing membership in the State Bar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in legal research and writing.Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools. Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong drafting and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in legal research and analysis.Project management skills.
