The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues, and demonstrating strong project management skills. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Possess transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.State and federal court experience is a plus. Experience:6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Proficient in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.
