The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the firm's legal team, demonstrating strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Duties:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.State and federal court experience is a plus. Requirements:Minimum 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Transferable skills and a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar. Skills:Legal research and analysis.Litigation strategy development.Case management.Time management and multitasking.Proficient in MS Office suite.
