The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting and communication skills, a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.Possess transferable skills and a robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform all work duties as required.Undertake any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.State and federal court experience is a plus. Experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar in which the candidate is practicing.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. Skills:Excellent drafting skills for legal documents.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Efficient and responsive communication with clients and colleagues.Deadline-oriented with the ability to exceed expectations.
