The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team and demonstrate excellent project management abilities. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.Possess transferable skills and a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.State and federal court experience is a plus. Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.Experience with motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters is preferred. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar.Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. Certifications:State Bar admission. Skills:Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong project management and attention to detail.Proficient in legal research and writing.Time management and ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.
