Our Rehab Company is looking to hire a compassionate Registered Physical Therapist, PT Assistant, OT and OTA for servicing Home Health Care Patients. Candidate must be committed to providing quality health care to a culturally diverse population. We serve Greater LA and Orange County. Full time, Part Time or Per-Diem. Make your own schedule, Great Compensation!!! Responsibilities include: Provide in Home Health care treatment in accordance to standard medical practice protocols. Provide individual patient Physical Therapy Evaluation, follow-up care and Discharge Planning. Communicate continuously and effectively with supervising PT and Administrative Staff. Under the general guidance of PT, the PTA will implement treatment program for individual patients based on standards of practice and evaluations from PT. Requirements: Satisfactory completion of an accredited training program. Current license in the State of California and board certified or board eligible. Current Driver License Required Must relate well to all cultural and ethnic groups in all communities.
