UAH Property Management LP is searching for a Community Manager to join our team and manage Otero Village Apartments in Alamogordo NM. The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of a LIHTC community including leasing, maintenance, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations. Major Responsibilities: Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity Maintain community appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on timely basis. This requires regular community inspection Deal with resident complaints, concerns and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis. Collect and post rent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property accounting and collection records. Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis. Requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Community Software applications Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws Tax Credit experience Wages are based on experience.
