Rolling Stock Mechanic

Description:
Current opening for an experienced equipment mechanic. Interested individuals must have 3 to 5 years of verifiable mechanic experience. Individual must have experience working on forklifts, skid steers and heavy diesel powered log loading equipment, including diagnostic capabilities drivetrain, powertrain, brake systems and hydraulics. Individual must be experienced in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment and performing machine repair in a fast paced work environment. Individual must be experienced in the repair of propane and diesel powered equipment, have their own tools, experienced in using a welder (arc & wire), cutting torch and all shop tools. Individual must be safety minded, capable of lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally, computer skills a must and be able to manage parts inventory and rolling fleet stock.
