You have medical experience cosmetic medical experience being a valuable bonus. You're tidy and orderly in your habits and enjoy maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. This characteristic also translates to your care in writing the English language. You have great spelling and grammar and a fluent command of the English language. People remark on your ability to communicate and make yourself understood both verbally and in written form. Your professional training and experience includes the following: Keyboarding speed of at least 65 w.p.m. Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and scheduling program. Willingness and ability to learn all additional necessary tasks for this position. Familiarity with a healthcare environment. Ability to prioritize, organize workload and plan independently. Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with complex situations and the multiple demands of coordinating a plastic surgery office. About the Job: You'll be providing reception, secretarial, computer, office management, and general office help to a successful plastic surgery office. The environment is not that of a typical Insurance style office. You'll be surrounded by pleasant surroundings and a clean, upscale working environment. Tasks that need to be performed include the following, but are not limited to this list: Organizing invoices and matching them to packing slips Filing Inventory Recording breast implant orders Making coffee and serving as required Ordering office supplies General computer work including typing and spreadsheets Preparing medical charts Preparing client packages for surgery Telephone reception Booking confirmations Payment processing Scheduling Responding to email inquiries promptly and professionally Office Management Patient Interaction and coordination Nice To Have But Not Mandatory 1. Spanish as a second language 2. Nursing Qualifications 3. Experience with cosmetic surgery 4.
