Job Description: CardioFlex Therapy is currently in need of Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) for Outpatient Physical Therapy at our Davie location for afternoon shifts. We have a part-time opening for the ideal candidate to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2pm to 6:30pm on a weekly basis. We specialize mostly in Orthopedics and Sports Injuries in our Outpatient Clinic, and work with many local Orthopedic Surgeons and athletic organizations. Pay depends on experience. We also have a need for Home Physical Therapy visits in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties. The Home Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants will be responsible for doing all home treatments within their geographical territory. Their duties will also include managing their patients, scheduling all visits, completing all paperwork, and sharing information corresponding to the patients they are assigned to, for increased coordination of care. Job Requirements: Appropriate 2 year degree of Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution. Current Florida License of Physical Therapy Assistant, with current required CEU's. At least 1 year experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant for highly regarded corporations or hospitals. Applicant will need a high level of verbal and written communication skills, team-oriented, with an unselfish goal-driven thought process flexible, personable approach and a willingness to learn new therapy skills.
