Looking for part-time host, greeter and/or manager of an airbnb vacation home in Ingram. This is very VERY part-time just for some extra cash every now and then. Probably no more than one or two hours a week. Responsibilities would include unlocking house, turning on lights and AC, welcoming guests and inspecting home after guests leave (usually on Sunday or Monday after a weekend stay, but could be during week, as well). Other duties might include coordinating cleaning service and yard service and occasionally letting contractors in for repairs. You must be presentable, dress nice and smile. :) And of course you must have a car to get to the property, which is between Ingram and Hunt.
