Scribeology LLC, is looking for candidates who are pursuing careers in the medical field to join our team in Raymond, WA FULL and PART-TIME Positions!!!! As a scribe you will: Accompanies the provider, except where prohibited by a patient s request or confidentiality requirement, to accurately record and document patient s visits and procedures. Reviews documentation for accuracy and completion in accordance with practice guidelines. Assists in completing charts by transcribing results of any consultation, and/or other pertinent data into appropriate data fields as required. Records diagnosis, discharge, prescriptions, and/or follow-up instructions. Performs other duties as assigned by practice manager or physician. Qualifications: Highly motivated and experience-driven No clinical experience required to apply Ability to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment Must be familiar with medical terminology
