I need someone to manage a vacation property (house) in Ingram near Camp Rio Vista. This is very part-time, maybe only 1 or 2 hours a week, but the pay is good. Duties include greeting guests when they arrive at house, showing them around, giving them the keys, turning on the lights and AC, inspecting the house when the leave a few days later, etc. You must have a car, dress nice to meet people and have a car. You must also be available to email and text back quickly in order to have efficient and open communication. Please let me know if you are interested ... thanks!! :)
